Born Warwick 1909, the elder of two SES brothers. He was a House Prefect and in the Classical Fifth on leaving. Joined the Royal Engineers on a commission in 1941 as a Second Lieutenant, promoted to Lieutenant in 1943, Captain 1944 based in Iraq. Very little is known of his war record etc., despite extensive searches.
