RICHARD JONES (Mac’s, 1989-1994) LEADERSHIP COACH & BOARD ADVISOR R ichard is a Leadership Coach and Board Advisor, helping organisations, teams and individuals achieve their most ambitious and important goals. He is particularly interested in the transitions experienced by individuals and groups undergoing change or taking on new responsibilities.

Richard enjoys a ‘squiggly’ career: following his Undergraduate Degree in Business & Spanish, Richard joined the Deloitte Graduate Scheme in Financial Assurance and Advisory, before working in Recruitment and then Project Management. He subsequently accumulated 15 years’ experience as a Management Consultant across two firms, including seven as Partner where he led both an MBO (Management Buy Out) and a sale of the business. Following this, he embarked on his current coaching and advisory focus.

Richard is a Senior Accredited Coach and a Chartered Management Consultant, holds a Masters in Coaching & Behavioural Change, and has trained in Psychotherapy and Positive Psychology.

RICK MOWER (Corfe,1982-1986) FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR – RAW WORKSHOP R ick is the Founder and Managing Director of RAW Workshop, an award-winning social enterprise based in Oxford, manufacturing furniture and providing circular economy services with a hardwired focus on driving social impact and sustainability. His own journey from addiction to recovery gave him the belief that businesses could, and should, be forces for good. As well as designing and manufacturing high quality indoor and outdoor commercial furniture, RAW also operates an advanced circular economy service empowering brands and corporate clients to increase reuse of existing items at scale.

RAW works with a wide range of national and international clients, ranging across hospitality, corporate and educational sectors.Their clients include GAIL'S Bakeries, GSK, Zurich Insurance and British Land.

In 2016, RAW also launched RAW POTENTIAL, a charity focused on diverting young people away from negative life paths. Prior to co-founding RAW, Rick worked within the advertising and brand development industry and was also CEO of an award-winning homeless charity.
