KRISTINA DENARO (Mac’s, 1999-2004)

MANAGING DIRECTOR – MONARCH K ristina is a Managing Director for Monarch. Prior to joining Monarch in 2024, she was a Partner, Head of Investor Relations and Business Development at RoundShield Partners, a private investment firm focused on European special opportunities across real estate, infrastructure, hard assets and financial asset markets.

Before that, she spent time at Triton Partners, CQS and PCE Investors in investor relations and marketing roles both in New York and London. Kristina graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a B.A. in Psychology and Communications.

He is an investor in and board member of Latitude Hotels Group – an African impact hospitality company, and an investor in Postcard Hotels - an Indian impact hospitality business. Alongside this, Nick was also an investor in and Director of QV Education prior to its sale to Globe Educate in 2023. Previously, Nick was a Managing Director of Vulpes Investment Management in Singapore – one of Asia’s largest family offices. Prior to that he was the Asia Pacific CEO of Standard Bank Group and has also held the same position at UniCredit Bank. Nick was also a founding partner of CapAsia - South East Asia’s largest infrastructure fund.

D olly Jones is a journalist, author and digital consultant who edited the digital platforms of British Vogue for 15 years before being promoted to Content & Strategy Director across the Condé Nast portfolio. She has written extensively for all its titles including Vogue,Vanity Fair, GQ and House & Garden. She is a trustee of domestic abuse charity, Advance, and a school governor. In April 2025, her first book,‘Leaving the Ladder Down – How To Combine Career and Motherhood from the Women Who’ve Done It’, was published from Harper Collins.
