Emily is known as an entrepreneur, a Stylist columnist, one of SheerLuxe’s 'Most Influential Women’ for 2024 and as a Strategic Advisor to UN Women UK. Her debut book, SMARTER , is a practical guide and manifesto for those who want to live and work smarter.

conservationist, he’s averted disasters – but above all, as this book proves, he’s a skilled storyteller. Read, enjoy, laugh and appreciate how small acts and using the power of your voice can change things for the better.’ Stephen, who has worked on more than 40 wildlife programmes for television, including the BBC series Land of the Tiger , is pictured here at his book launch.

Published in November 2024, SMARTER reframes the idea of over-productivity equalling success, and ultimately shows that those who work smarter, are those who achieve more long-term success. Featuring 10 achievable steps, and drawing on her own experience, Emily demonstrates how to reframe previous systems that your brain predicts, switch your mindset from one of scarcity to one of abundance, join the 8am club, conduct a busyness detox, define what success means to you, track your energy not your time, and so much more. SMARTER teaches readers how to embrace their talents, harness productivity, create a consistent work-life balance and empower themselves to reach their goals.
