March 6th is World Book Day World Book Day is celebrated in the UK on the first Thursday in March, and was created to not only encourage reading but as a day to celebrate stories and share books. If you have a book you loved, share your recommendation today with the library so others can read it too - click here to submit library book suggestions. FIND THE PAIRS Teachers around the school will be paired up with well-known characters from books. Find all 40 characters (20 pairs) and win: £40 of Daunt book vouchers! The first pupil to hand their sheet in to the library wins the prize!
