55 ST EDWARD’S CHRONICLE

The junior teams had a mixed season, but there were plenty of highlights, with great sportsmanship and improvement shown across the two teams. The Junior A team made rapid progress, securing strong victories over Bloxham and Winchester College, though they faced challenges against Cheltenham and Stowe. There is considerable potential in this team, and the future looks bright. The Junior B team also had a memorable season with many players experiencing hockey for the first time. Over the course of the season, these players developed both their skills and understanding of the game, all while playing with cheerful enthusiasm. The season’s highlights included victories over Cokethorpe and Cranford, as well as draws against Radley and Bloxham.
