School Play Performance: A Christmas Carol 7.30pm–10.00pm The North Wall The perfect prelude to the season, this adaptation of Dickens’ classic ghost story sees our pupils on stage in The North Wall performing a cockle-warming, chestnut roasting, heart-melting slice of Christmas. In one of the most enduring festive tales of redemption and compassion, we are whisked away to Victorian England as miserly businessman Ebenezer Scrooge discovers the limitations of his life and beliefs, learning to pity himself and to love his neighbour – but is that enough? Tickets are free. Additional performances on Wednesday 22nd, Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th November. At The North Wall St Edward’s School: In Progress 6
The exhibition In Progress 6 celebrates the fantastic work from pupils across all year groups, highlighting the breadth of work produced from the Shell, the Art Pathway and GCSE Ceramics, the IB and A Level. Pupils are encouraged to choose a theme on which to centre their work at the beginning of the year and teachers introduce pupils to a new technique fortnightly. This exhibition showcases the work produced to date, approximately half-way through the course. Free entry. The exhibition runs until 27th November.
