Well done to all pupils who gave such wonderful, uplifting performances in the House Singing Competition at the end of term. Clockwise from above: Alessandro Corrias, Jack Gore, Louis Parr and Guy Fabian-Hunt from Segar’s who took 2nd place in the Unisons with Postcards by James Blunt; Daisy Helling and Elly Won from Jubilee who took 1st place in the Harmonies with La la la by Naughty Boy; Molly Spencer, Phoebe Cain, Lila Pollen, Mia Nicholas, Livi Tomacelli, Daisy Chancellor, Ilana Cope and fellow Corfe residents who came 3rd in the Unisons with Valerie by Amy Winehouse; Tom Reed and Anish Mehta from Segar’s who took 2nd place in the Harmonies with Annie’s Song by John Denver; Jonathan Alpha, Alfie Bussell, Freddie Lappin, Fergus Flory, Harry Trowbridge, Giles Wordsworth, William Parsons, Tom McPhail and Rhys Merriman from Field House who came 3rd in the Harmonies with Circle of Life by Elton John; and countless smiling faces from Oakthorpe (too many to list) who stormed to 1st place in the Unisons with a classy mash-up of Some Nights by Fun and Cecilia by The Vamps. Many thanks to Adjudicator Ashley Grote, Master of the Music at Norwich Cathedral, and to our own Maestro, Alex Tester.
