St Edward's Prospectus 2024

Shell Entry Each year, around 140 pupils join us from some 90 different schools from all over the country – and the world – so everyone is ready to make new friends, try new experiences and become immersed in the dynamic Shell curriculum. New pupils join a diverse, cheerful and welcoming community. Eighteen percent of pupils come from over 40 different countries, 25% join us from Greater London, 15% are day pupils and the boy/girl split of 55%/45% is balancing out with the growth of our co-educational Houses. Many of our new Shells have never boarded before so the first few weeks are carefully designed to ensure that pupils are busy, engaged and have plenty of opportunities to get to know each other.
