MUSIC TECHNOLOGY
Edexcel
A Level Music Technology affords you the opportunity to develop and apply musical knowledge, encouraging you to engage critically and creatively with a wide range of music and musical contexts. Most pupils who choose A Level Music Technology will have studied Music Technology and Popular Music as a Pathway option, but those with more informal experiences of Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) – Ableton, Logic Pro or similar – will not be disadvantaged. You will, however, be expected to have achieved at least a 7 in GCSE Maths and Physics.
