SPORT AND FITNESS
In the Sixth Form at Teddies you are able to choose from a variety of sports. These change every term so it allows you to step out of your comfort zone and to try something new, or make use of our high-quality coaching and facilities that will assist in the development of your sporting ability. The School o ers a wide range of options including hockey, rowing, rugby, cricket, football, tennis, netball, swimming, squash, athletics, running, sailing and badminton. We have sport at least three times a week, on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, when you head o to sport after lunch. One of the great things is that you do not need to have prior experience, so get stuck in and try new things. A huge perk of being a Sixth Former is that you are allowed to use the Nu eld Gym in the mornings and evenings, which is part of the School grounds. It has first-class facilities, a wide range of fitness classes
(perfect for Sundays) and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
