OSE EVENTS

OSE MILITARY DINNER FRIDAY 2ND MAY 2025

Thank you to all our OSE who joined us for the annual Military Dinner this spring. This event is always a highlight of the

calendar made even more special thanks to the excellent meal provided by the Teddies catering team. It’s an annual tradition where military OSE, both currently serving and retired, return to Teddies to have dinner with Upper Sixth NCOs and CCF officers following the biennial CCF Inspection. This year’s Inspecting Officer was Major Mark Cripps (Sing’s, 1996–2001), and we were delighted to welcome him back to School in this role. This year's dinner was particularly significant, as it marked the final Military Dinner for Sqn Ldr Nick Coram-Wright, (Staff, 2000-2025) after an incredible 25 years of teaching at Teddies. Many OSE, whether involved in the CCF or not, will remember Nick with great fondness. The President of the OSE Society, James MacDonald-Smith (Sing’s, 1981-1985) paid tribute to Nick’s years at the School, thanking him for his service in the CCF, including the last decade as Contingent Commander. REGIONAL

MIDLANDS LUNCH WEDNESDAY 9TH MAY 2025

he annual Midlands Lunch was once again a very jolly affair. 14 OSE and their partners met for lunch at The Castle, Edgehill – a stunning venue with amazing views

across the countryside.

John Wiggins attended his last Midlands Lunch as Hon Sec of the OSE Society and delivered an update on School life for OSE attending. This event was also a chance for our OSE to raise a glass to John and thank him for his work during his time as Hon Sec – although we hope we will continue to see him at OSE events! Thank you to Chris Northcote-Green (Sing’s, 1963-1968) for his efforts organising this event each year.
