This latest album follows the success of their debut album Dreamland , featuring the record-breaking track ‘Heat Waves’. Jamie Marshall (Apsley, 2003-2008) In October this year, Lost Shore Surf Resort opened in Edinburgh offering Scotland's first artificial surfing wave. In 2014 Jamie Marshall founded the Wave Project in Scotland (a charity using surf therapy to improve the mental health of young people) before moving to a full-time research role at Edinburgh Napier University. In September 2022 he completed his PhD in Surf Therapy (the first degree of its kind), funded by Lost Shore.
Holly Branson (Oakthorpe,1998-2000)
It was fantastic to see Holly, Chief Purpose and Vision Officer at Virgin, on board ‘Flight 100’ in December last year – the world’s first transatlantic flight flown on 100% Sustainable Aviation Fuel.We were lucky to welcome Holly back to Teddies for Gaudy last summer where she spoke to pupils and parents.

Congratulations to Emilia who was made an MBE alongside her mother Jenny in the 2023 New Year Honours List in recognition of their work setting up the charity, SameYou, which aims to help those recovering from brain injuries.
