Anthony Payne has moved home from London to Somerset but continues to work as a consultant and researcher in the antiquarian book trade. He is now increasingly active in the scholarly world and has been awarded a PhD for his study of the books of the Elizabethan travel writer, Richard Hakluyt (1552-1616), to be published in due course. He also sits on the editorial board of the forthcoming Oxford University Press edition of Hakluyt’s major work: The Principal Navigations of the English Nation . He is currently an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of East Anglia and was previously an Honorary Research Associate at University College London. ROBINSON, CARL (Sing’s,1998-2000) Carl launched Rumble Studio, an audio creation platform for businesses which uses conversational A.I.The company was launched this year and is already achieving great success. Rumble Studio are over halfway to their pre-seed fundraising goal and are seeking additional angel investors to complete the round. Contact carl @ rumble.studio for the investor deck. Vivienne was Musical Director of John and Jen , a musical streamed entirely virtually from Durham University in May. The musical explored the struggles of familial relationships in post-war America and was set to a moving score by Andrew Lippa. She was later cast in a pop-leaning historical musical, ‘The Single Lady’, written by two Durham students about the infamous love triangle between Queen Elizabeth I, Robert Dudley and Lettice Knollys. She was cast as Lettice and the show was SHAO,VIVIENNE (Oakthorpe, 2018-2020)

Huw graduated from Southampton University with a 2:1 in Philosophy. He will stay on the south coast, taking a year out to continue his role as an army reservist with the Princess of Wales Royal Regiment. He is planning a career in the armed forces. James Neville has been elected Commodore of the Royal Ocean Racing club, the world's pre-eminent offshore yachting organisation. He has been sailing competitively ever since his dinghy racing days at St. Edward's. James will serve a three-year term as Commodore of the RORC and continues racing his INO XXX in the Fast 40+ class out of Cowes and internationally. He just completed the Fastnet Race by winning the highly competitive IRC Class 1 and coming second in the race overall! NEVILLE, JAMES (Segar’s,1980-1985)

MARTIN, HUGO (Apsley,1998-2003) Recently, Hugo visited the School to give a talk to the Teddies Design Society in the Olivier Hall. Hugo is Director of Product Design at WMP, leading a highly successful and multi-award-winning team of product designers, engineers and UX designers. He has worked on large scale strategic projects with well-known international brands as well as disruptive start-ups.

NEVILLE, MEG (Mac’s, 2010-2015) Meg Neville has graduated from RAF College Cranwell as a Pilot Officer. She will shortly move to RAF Shawbury, where she will commence phase 2 training as a

Flight Operations Officer, specialising inmobile air ops for rotary squadrons.
