almighty challenge. However, as with many things, it's the cause that justifies the goal. We'll be raising money for the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM). Both Ru and I are no strangers to bouts of anxiety and for far too long there's been a huge stigma attached to mental health illnesses and around men talking candidly about their feelings. CALM aim to address that issue and prevent suicides amongst young men. We feel very fortunate to have found that running over lockdown, for both of us, has been such a source of peace in a world which has often felt against us all. Crossing the line in September will be the greatest achievement of both of our lives and we're so excited to be embarking on this challenge together!'
