Bethany Marett has been at Teddies since she joined as Artist in Residence in 2021, employed as a Teacher of Art and Ceramics one year later. She has been in Jubilee for three years, initially as Resident Tutor, then taking on the role of Assistant Housemistress the following year, in 2023. Alongside working at Teddies, Mrs Marett manages (just about) to still find time to be a practising artist and exhibits in London. She loves being part of Jubilee and lives in the ground floor flat along with her husband, David. Tona Ziegler is joining Teddies this year as a German Language Assistant and Resident Tutor in Jubilee. She has recently graduated from the University of Oxford with an MSc in Sociology, where her final thesis focussed on boarding school pedagogy in the United Kingdom. Outside of work, Tona enjoys reading and is an avid runner. Emma has been a rowing coach for over 10 years and has worked in a variety of schools. Alongside her coaching, Emma ran a successful personal trainer business which specialised in disability training for individuals with cerebral palsy and Parkinson’s. She loved the pastoral side of her coaching so much that she decided to pusue it further, leading her to join Teddies as a Matron in 2024. Hours of work: 8am–5pm Monday–Friday

House Nurse The House Nurse is the link between Jubilee House and the Health Centre where they are based and can be contacted. The Health Centre number is 01865 319 244. Cleaning Team We have a great team of cleaners who clean the rooms every day. We ask pupils to respect the cleaning staff by making their beds, putting all clothes away, leaving their desk spaces tidy and ensuring all rubbish is put in the correct bins.
