Pre-season tours are gold dust in my opinion. They help to bring the squad together, give you a chance to get outdoors and test your skills in realistic conditions, in match scenarios. It gives you a head start on everybody else, so it’s a great opportunity that you’ve got to take with both hands. It’s a real privilege.  I was lucky enough to go to South Africa with Teddies a few years back, and it still lives long in the memory. Don’t hold back, enjoy and express yourself in everything you do, whether it’s on or off the park.    Go well everyone, hope it’s a good ‘un. Miles Hammond
